Your support is vital in enabling us to sustain and grow our work with young people in Woodley.  1st Woodley Boys’ Brigade does not receive any national funding and like any other businesses or charities we have overheads to pay. With your support, we can raise funds to invest in making the lives of our young people more enjoyable, in addition to being able to afford more activities on Wednesday evenings, and other additional activities such as camping holidays and excursions.

Donating in Memory

Donating in memory of someone special is a lovely way of ensuring that the memory of a loved one lives on. All donations we receive will enable us to sustain our ongoing work with children & young people. 

Leaving a Legacy

Leaving a gift in your will is a way of ensuring that 1st Woodley continues to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people for generations to come. If you already have a will and wish to make a simple amendment, such as leaving a gift to The 1st Woodley Boys’ Brigade we would be very grateful.

Under present legislation when more than 10% of a gross estate is left to charitable causes the balance of the estate is subject to a preferable rate of inheritance tax.
